The theme will be Reaching Your Potential in 2026.                     

Mr. Stan Ross, with the Positive Influence Team (PIT), will be our guest speaker. Mr. Ross has dedicated his career to impacting positive changes in the lives of individuals throughout the Southern District of Ohio and beyond.

Mr. Ross is a key member of the Federal Reentry Courts held in Dayton and Cincinnati for over ten (10) years. Additionally, for the past several years Mr. Ross has facilitated both cognitive behavioral and mentoring programs in Columbus.

Previously, Mr. Ross served as the Manager of the Cincinnati Initiative to Reduce Violence (CIRV). CIRV was a multi-agency and community collaborative effort initiated in 2007 designed to reduce gun violence and associated homicides quickly and dramatically in the City of Cincinnati. Following the 2001 riots in Cincinnati, Mr. Ross was fundamental in developing the Youth Street Worker Program as the Coordinator/Project Manager of the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission.

Mr. Ross and his team have helped mentor and guide youth, young adults, and men women of all ages to turn away from violence and criminal ways to making lasting positive change in their lives.

Mr. Ross will be accompanied by Mr.Dante Ingram who has been a pivotal member of the Positive Influence Team (PIT). Mr. Ingram transformed his life and now helps to foster a safer community while role modeling the determination and skills needed to change.
